SEC Says Traders Made Secret Deals

MANHATTAN (CN) - The SEC sued two traders in Federal Court, claiming Victor Machado directed orders from Leumi Investment Services customers to Frank Lu at Oppenheimer & Co. in exchange for bribes, costing Leumi customers $1.1 million. They ran their game from May 2003 through August 2004, the SEC claims.
