WASHINGTON (CN) - Lucent Technologies spent more than $10 million squiring Chinese officials around the United States and elsewhere, ostensibly to show them Lucent's facilities and train them on its equipment, but actually just to give the dudes junkets at Disney World, Niagara Falls, Hawaii and elsewhere, the SEC says in a securities complaint and consent decree in Federal Court.
