SEC Picks Top Dogs For Distributions

WASHINGTON - The SEC on Tuesday announced the names of the bosses of its new Office of Collections and Distributions, which was created to help distribute money swiped from investors. Richard D'Anna, a former vice president with 1st Bridgehouse Securities in Baltimore, will be director, and Lynn Powalski, a former assistant director and chief litigation counsel for the SEC's Division of Enforcement, will be deputy director. They have about $5 billion to distribute, the SEC said.
