SEC Lowers Boom On Radio Exec

SPOKANE (CN) - International Broadcasting Corp., now known as Copper King Mining Corp., repeatedly lied in public announcements and in an SEC filing, the SEC says in separate federal claims against IBC and its former CEO, Daryn Fleming. Fleming announced on his "Stock Talk Live" show that IBC had acquired two radio stations in Florida that would broadcast IBC shows, and lied again when he was caught in his original lies, the SEC says. "Fleming now operates 'Wall Street West,' a stock talk show broadcast over Internet radio." See sample complaint.
