SEC Demands $887,000 From Alleged Securities Crooks

WASHINGTON (CN) - Walter M. Schenker and Steven E. Slawson raked in more than $887,000 through illegal, unregistered securities offerings in 26 PIPEs (private investment in public equity), the SEC claims in Federal Court. It also sues TCMP3 Partners, TCMP3 Capital, and Titan Capital Management. See complaint.
