SEC Demands $842,000 For Inside Trading

WASHINGTON (CN) - Hans Wagner, a director of msystems, which makes flash disk data storage devices, illegally bought 200,000 shares based on inside information that the company would be bought by SanDisk Corp., the SEC claims in Federal Court. It wants him to cough up the $842,000 he made. See complaint.
