SEC Claim Against Simpson Capital Survives

MANHATTAN (CN) - A federal judge refused to dismiss the SEC's lawsuit accusing Simpson Capital Management, Robert A. Simpson and John C. Dowling of harming investors and violating securities law by making more than 10,700 late trades in more than 375 mutual funds.
