SEC Charges Italian With Inside Trading

MANHATTAN (CN) - The SEC has frozen $2.1 million in the accounts of an Italian engineer who allegedly made the money from illegal inside trading in shares of DRS Technologies.

In its federal complaint, the SEC claims Cristian DeColli, of Rome, traded on inside information about merger talks between DRS and Finmeccanica.
