SAN DIEGO – A federal judge dismissed part of a securities fraud action against SeaWorld on Thursday, finding the plaintiffs hadn’t shown the theme park omitted or misrepresented anything by attributing a 2013 decline in attendance on weather and the timing of school holidays rather than on the backlash from the documentary “Blackfish.”
