LOS ANGELES — A federal court in California dismissed a class action brought by a SeaWorld annual pass holder against the theme park for continuing to collect membership fees while its parks were closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The complaint didn’t identify any specific statement SeaWorld made that would have led the pass holder to believe she would have unlimited access to the parks.
