LOS ANGELES (CN) - Breakdown Services claims it's analyzed and summarized scripts for the entertainment business for more than 35 years, and delivers its "breakdowns" daily on a confidential basis to theatrical, talent and management companies. It claims Internet Solutions Corp. dba Too Spoiled, of Orlando, Fla., is violating copyright and selling unauthorized copies of its breakdowns. It demands damages, accounting and a restraining order.
