Screen Actors Guild Knuckled Under|To ‘Rogue DHS Agents,’ Member Says

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The Screen Actors Guild invaded the privacy of its member BJ Davis and his family by illegally releasing medical records and other "highly confidential information" to "rogue Department of Homeland Security Agents Herbert Kaufer and Jeffrey Deal," the Davis family claims in Superior Court. The Davises demand punitive damages, alleging the SAG's conduct was deliberately malicious and oppressive.
