Lewis “Scooter” Libby from practicing law in the nation’s capital after his perjury conviction for lying to the FBI about the outing of ex-CIA operative Valerie Plame. “When a member of the bar is convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude, disbarment is mandatory,” the court ruled.
