A teacher and a principal claim the Arlington, Mass., school superintendent, the school board and a town councilor retaliated after the plaintiffs informed the school board, truthfully, that the superintendent had falsified his resume by claiming to have been assistant superintendent of Harvard Public Schools, in Boston Federal Court.
