The Business Computer Training Institute defrauded 41 students of their $11,000 tuition with false promises of employment, the students claim in Multnomah County Court, Ore.

Also sued in the Business Computer Training Institute fraud claim are BCTI Community Services, Thomas Jonez, Morrie Pigott, and the Accrediting Council of Continuing Education & Training.
