School Went Over The Line, Parents Say

WICHITA (CN) - St. Anne Catholic School unconstitutionally expelled a sixth-grade student because he "refused to sign a pledge that he would not speak Spanish at school," the boy's parents claim in Federal Court. They also sue the Catholic Diocese of Wichita.
