CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine – A federal court in Maine granted a 15-year-old girl’s request to block her suspension from school for posting a note in the girl’s bathroom that read: “THERE’S A RAPIST IN OUR SCHOOL, AND YOU KNOW WHO IT IS.”

The judge ruled that the message was “not disruptive of school discipline.”
