School Shooting

An appeals court in Florida upheld the dismissal of a civil suit against a mental health facility that provided mental health services to Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz between 2009 and 2016. The facility did not owe a legal duty to protect or warn students that attended the same school as one of its patients.

The facility did not owe a legal duty to protect or warn students that attended the same school as one of its patients.
