School Prayer Case May Become Class Action

CHICAGO (CN) - A lawsuit challenging the state's moment of silence in classrooms may become a class action that will include all Illinois school districts. U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman told the Associated Press he plans to expand the suit to include all Illinois students and wants both sides to plan how to inform school districts of the class action and whether districts can opt out.
