School Guardians

An appeals court in Florida upheld a ruling that determined school safety assistants should be allowed to carry firearms on school campuses, finding that such guardians must be able to defend against violent acts on school campuses that “society, including Florida, has experienced in recent times.”

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — An appeals court in Florida upheld a ruling that determined school safety assistants should be allowed to carry firearms on school campuses, finding that such guardians must be able to defend against violent acts on school campuses that “society, including Florida, has experienced in recent times.”
