School Drownings

HOUSTON (CN) - A teacher and principal are not individually liable for the drowning death of a high school senior during a physics experiment, a federal judge ruled, about 2 weeks after the same judge granted summary judgment to a different teacher and principal sued for the drowning death of a 9-year-old in the same school district.
