KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A federal court in Tennessee dismissed claims Knox County Board of Education failed to train its employees about First Amendment requirements and had a policy allowing its employee to proselytize to middle school students “as a condition precedent to allow such students to participate in a school-sponsored basketball program.”
