School closures

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit ruled a matter concerning Covid-19-related restrictions in California will be reheard en banc. A three-judge panel of the court previously ruled in favor of private school plaintiffs, finding there was insufficient evidence to show the state’s school closure order was “narrowly tailored” as applied to them.
