School Class Action

A federal class action claims Geeta B. Brown, of California, ran the fraudulent, for-profit InterCoast Colleges and InterCoast Career Institute as a sham licensed practical nursing program in Maine, preying particularly upon minority and immigrant students “to generate unlawful and inequitable profits through the manipulation of federally guaranteed student loan programs.”
