BEAUMONT, TEXAS (CN) - Two girls died on the way to a high school soccer game and 19 others were severely injured in a school bus crash because a long list of busmakers, parts makers and individuals made, sold, and operated the bus without seat belts, the girls' parents claim in Jefferson County Court. This case involves the March 29, 2006 crash of the West brook High School team bus.
Alice Bonura and Ashley Brown died in the bus-pickup crash, say the plaintiffs, who are represented by Paul Ferguson Jr. with Provost Umphrey.
