The First Circuit denied the Boston Parent Coalition for Academic Excellence Corp.’s request for an injunction pending their appeal of a ruling that upheld an admission plan for the 2021-22 school year at Boston’s elite public “Exam Schools.” The group claims the plan discriminates against white and Asian students.
