HOUSTON – A Texas woman was arrested last week on charges of fraud and money laundering, accused of stealing millions of dollars from former NFL running back Ricky Williams and at least two other athletes.
The defendant is Peggy Ann Fulford aka Peggy King, Peggy Williams, Peggy Barard, Peggy Simpson, Peggy Rivers, Devon Cole and Devon Barard.
