Satanic Invocation

A chapter of the Satanic Temple’s civil rights claims against Scottsdale, Arizona, may continue, a federal court in the state ruled. The chapter was not allowed to give an invocation at a city council meeting. The court ruled the plaintiffs have shown that their beliefs are “sincerely held.”
