Sandy Hook Shooting

A Texas appeals court ruled that defamation claims against Alex Jones, brought by the parents of a child who was killed in the Sandy Hook shooting, should continue, finding that a “reasonable viewer” of Jones’ Infowars broadcasts could conclude he suggested that the parents participated in a hoax.
