LAS VEGAS (CN) - The chairman and CEO of the Las Vegas Sands Corp. has sued the contractor of one of his luxury homes in Southern California, accusing it of shoddy workmanship.
Sheldon Adelson filed his lawsuit in San Francisco Federal Court against Linden & Associates, claiming his Malibu home became overgrown with mold because of insufficient exteriors that failed to keep water out.
Adelson also says the floors are not level, tiles are uneven, finishes weren't completed and handrails were improperly installed.
He is represented by Clark Thiel.
