CARSON CITY, Nev. — Represented by the ACLU, Nevadans sued a political action committee in Nevada’s First Judicial District Court, claiming that the ballot measure proposed by Prevent Sanctuary Cities violates state laws by having more than a single subject and an inadequate description. It also says the initiative does not involve legislative policy.
