CHICAGO – An appeals court in Illinois ruled in favor of a college that sanctioned a former student for using the word “cunt” in a theater class after he was asked to improvise a scene in which he was supposed to impersonate a pimp speaking to a prostitute.

The student lacks standing because he is not currently enrolled in the college, and he was not denied due process.
