San Diego Sued By Its Workers Again

SAN DIEGO (CN) - San Diego's problems continue in Superior Court, where the 5,000-member San Diego Municipal Employees Association claims the city illegally altered pension agreements, in some cases retroactively canceling them. Longtime union President Judith Italiano, a plaintiff, claims that's what happened to her.
