Same-Sex Marriage

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court vacated a stay Wednesday of the injunction that legalizes same-sex marriage in Kansas, pending a challenge of the state's ban led by Kail Marie. Justice Sotomayor had granted the stay Monday. Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas noted Wednesday that they would have kept the stay intact.
