Salesman Accused of Sending Rude Text

DENTON, Texas (CN) - The "new 2006 demo boat" a customer bought from Xtreme Marine for $247,000 was used, and when the buyer complained that he wasn't getting the promised upgrades and modifications, the salesman sent him a text message that said, "ur a pc of shit," the buyer claims in Denton County Court.

Jeff Soele Real Estate sued Xtreme Marine, texting salesman Mike Flowers, Ronnie Golden, Todd Clark, Patty Flowers, Wendy Orosco and Derebery Performance for breach of contract, deceptive trade practices and fraud.
