Sage grouse

GREAT FALLS, Mont. — A federal court in Montana granted in part summary judgment to environmental groups on their claims that the Bureau of Land Management’s 2018 memorandum on greater sage grouse conservation and associated oil and gas leasing decisions violated the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
