Safari trophies

TUCSON, Ariz. — A federal court in Arizona granted judgment in favor of Safari Club International and federal agencies that have authorized permits to import sub-Saharan African leopard trophies. Groups such as the Center for Biological Diversity could not show that invalidating overseas hunting permits would stop American hunters from bringing leopard trophies back to the U.S. from abroad.
