LOS ANGELES — A California appeals court upheld a ruling setting aside an $8 million default judgment against Lena Katina, a member of the early 2000s pop duo t.A.T.u.. Her former manager, who claims Katina was the “most famous recording artist in Russian music history” and that he had changed the trajectory of her career, had sued her for wrongful termination.
