Russian Charged With Online Trading Fraud

MANHATTAN (CN) - SEC prosecutors have charged Anatoly Russ, a Russian citizen, with defrauding online brokerage accounts by stealing usernames and passwords and using them to match options orders he placed in his account. The SEC says Russ made $88,465 and defrauded his victims of $339,929 by buying and selling thinly traded options contracts in the iShares Lehman Aggregate Bond Fund.
