A California man was sentenced Tuesday to nine years in federal prison and fined $1 million for conspiring to export components for night-vision and thermal devices for use in weapons.

SAN FRANCISCO — Naum Morgovsky, 69, of Hillsborough, Calif., was sentenced Tuesday to nine years in federal prison and fined $1 million for conspiring to export components for night-vision and thermal devices for use in weapons.
