Rowdy Meetings

The editor of the blog “Town of Oyster Bay News” sued Oyster Bay, New York, over the passage of a resolution giving the town leader the authority to have anyone who makes “offensive, insulting, threatening, insolent, slanderous or obscene remarks or gestures” during town meetings charged with disorderly conduct.
