GALLATIN, Tenn. - Parents claim the Sumner County Board of Education allowed (nonparty) teacher Donna Weidenbenner to mistreat special ed kids, including "force feeding the children to the point of vomiting," kicking and throwing them and "strapping children to a commode for extended periods of time."
