‘Rogue Eco-Terrorists’

The owners of the Dakota Access oil pipeline filed a federal lawsuit against environmentalist group Greenpeace and others Tuesday, accusing the groups of committing acts of "eco-terrorism" to halt the pipeline's construction.

BISMARK, N.D. - The owners of the Dakota Access oil pipeline filed a federal lawsuit against environmentalist group Greenpeace and others Tuesday, accusing the groups of committing acts of "eco-terrorism" to halt the pipeline's construction.

Defendants include Greenpeace International, Greenpeace Fund, Banktrack, EarthFirst! and John and Jane Does.
