LOS ANGELES - Commercial artists Matthew Ramey and Philippe Luchansky sued 10th Street Entertainment Associates and two rock bands for $258,000 in Superior Court, claiming they were promised, but denied, right of first refusal to promote concerts for 10th Street bands Motley Crue ($250,000), and Blondie ($8,000).
