Roadside bomb

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (CN) — A Texas federal judge ordered Iran to pay $30 million to an Army veteran who was badly injured by a roadside bomb in Iraq. The veteran said al-Qaida terrorists planted the bomb with support from Iran.
