Right whales at Martha’s Vineyard

BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts denied summary judgment to a Nantucket Sound homeowner who sued the National Marine Fisheries Service over a wind energy project off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket that will plausibly threaten about 400 endangered right whales. He has standing to sue, but has not shown the government acted arbitrarily, capriciously or unlawfully.
