Returned Mail

WASHINGTON (CN) - The United States Postal Service now may charge a fee to return undeliverable overseas mail to the U.S. sender.

TheServicemay charge the First-Class International rate on packages that originally had postage due. Also,the U.S. postage rate now will be used for mailing an item abroad, if the comparable foreign postage rate is lower than the U.S. rate.Click here for details and other new regulations.
