MANHATTAN — In a tale of two Patsy’s — and litigation spanning two decades — the Second Circuit vacated a district court’s order, finding in favor of Patsy’s Italian Restaurant in a trademark dispute with another Manhattan eatery, Patsy’s Pizzeria. The circuit court ruled the lower court judge failed to apply the law “within the strictures of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”
