Restaurants v. Berkeley

The California Restaurant Association sued the City of Berkeley in federal court, claiming its <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Restaurants.pdf"><strong>banning of natural gas infrastructure</strong></a> in newly constructed buildings beginning in 2020 “is irresponsible and does little to advance climate goals.”
