Reporter Demands District Attorney’s Emails

HOUSTON (CN) - A KHOU-TV reporter sued Harris County District Attorney Chuck Rosenthal, demanding 730 emails to or from his county computer that allegedly reveal Rosenthal's affair with an employee. Reporter Jeremy Rogalski claims the messages are public information under Texas' Public Information Act. Rosenthal called off his re-election campaign last week after an attorney in another lawsuit asked that the messages be produced. See complaintin Harris County Court.
